This piece of honeycomb comes from the coastal meadows, forests and bogs of Pärnumaa, specifically from the nectar collection sites in Jäärumetsa and the Tõhela and Nätsi-Võlla bogs, Kastna Peninsula.
The piece of honeycomb (approx. 200g) is cut directly from the beehive frame and boxed. It’s ready to be eaten straight or used in dishes. Our good neighbor and food blogger Tuuli Mathisen has prepared various recipes featuring Slow Moment honeycomb. Ask us for more details!
The honey is always available from the self-service stand located at the entrance of Tormikadaka farm. Additionally, from September to May, honey can be ordered to a self-service stand in Nõmme, Tallinn. Delivery within Tallinn and the Tõstamaa borough is free for purchases over 25 euros. For other parts of Estonia, we send the honey to a parcel terminal, thus adding a shipping cost to the price of the honey.
