Slow Moment heather honey 500 g is collected from the forests of Jäärumetsa and the bogs of Tõhela and Nätsi-Võlla. Heather honey is the pearl of Estonian honeys, the only natural monofloral honey collected at the end of summer when most plants have finished blooming. The strong-flavored heather honey is also praised for its valuable properties.

Honey is always available from the self-service hive located at the entrance to Tormikadaka farm. Delivery to Tallinn is also free. For other parts of Estonia, honey is sent to parcel machines, thus adding a shipping cost to the price of honey.
