Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The terms of sale apply to purchasing goods from the Web Store. By confirming an order from the Web Store, the buyer agrees to the terms set forth herein.
The Web Store sells products derived from slow moments – honey products, herbal teas, bee colonies, crafting kits, and other slow moment-related items.
Prices for products sold in the Web Store are listed next to the products in euros. The price may be subject to a delivery fee. The delivery fee depends on the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer upon placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Web Store directly beside the product. Product images in the Web Store are illustrative.
Ordering and Payment
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields by entering your personal information.
After filling in the personal data form, select a suitable delivery method for the products.
Subsequently, we will display the total amount in euros, which can be paid via bank transfer. If the buyer has requested an invoice, it will be sent upon receipt of payment. For goods picked up in person, the buyer has the option to pay in cash upon receipt.
We send an email confirmation of the order and display a confirmation of the order acceptance on the website. The sales transaction is considered concluded and the contract becomes effective from the moment the amount due is received on the Aeglane hetk OÜ’s bank account or paid in cash.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of stock or for another reason, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible and refund the paid money (including delivery costs) without delay, but not later than five days from the notification.
Delivery
Goods ordered from the Web Store are delivered only within Estonia, for delivery in other countries please contact via email at aeglanehetk@gmail.com.
The buyer bears the shipping costs, which are displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments generally reach the designated destination within 1-5 business days from the sales transaction. In exceptional cases, where delivery takes longer, we will contact the customer immediately. The Web Store is not responsible for delays in postal service.
The customer has the option to choose from the following delivery methods:
- Pick up in person (we will notify you within 1-3 business days when the goods are ready and you can come to pick them up)
- DPD courier (typically 1-3 business days)
- DPD, Itella Smartpost, and Omniva parcel terminals (typically 1-5 business days).
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the e-store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods in the manner allowed in physical stores. Honey with an opened package is not eligible for return. Using the goods in any way that may damage, wear, or alter them before returning is prohibited.
To return the goods, please submit a return application to aeglanehetk@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for return is due to the item being not as ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the email or provide proof that he/she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The Web Store will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract immediately upon receiving the returned goods, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Web Store may withhold refunds until the item which is the subject of the contract has been received back or until the buyer has provided evidence of having sent back the item, whichever is earlier.
Claim Submission Right
The Web Store is responsible for the non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of handing over the item and that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. The buyer has the right to turn to the Web Store within two months by sending an email to aeglanehetk@gmail.com.
The Web Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after delivering the goods to the buyer. The Web Store is not liable for damage caused by incorrect data provided by the customer during order fulfillment or for any other consequences if it was due to circumstances that the Web Store could not influence, including damages arising from improper use of the ordered goods.
If the goods bought from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will return all the fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Web Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Processing of Personal Data
The Web Store processes the buyer’s personal data for the fulfillment of the sales contract and on the basis of legitimate interest. The Web Store transmits personal data to the company providing transport services to deliver the goods. We send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed such a wish by entering an email address on the website and indicating the desire to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer can opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying the Web Store via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution
Mutual claims are resolved through negotiations and agreement.
If the buyer and the Web Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, then the buyer has the opportunity to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The jurisdiction of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Web Store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
